Josué is a leader in the Business Capability Management Group at HM Health Solutions, a cloud-based health insurance payor platform owned by Highmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Western Pennsylvania. Since 2011, Josué has been an active member of the Business Architecture Guild and a contributor to the Business Architecture Book of Knowledge (BIZBOK®). Josué has also presented at several Business Architecture Innovation Summit events.
